Daughter of Kate Elisabeth Briton(Graham). Elisabeth spent her first few years in Portsmouth. Evacuated to Brading on The Isle of Wight during the second world war. Her health already comprimised by chronic asthma. A high graded scholar. Grew up, married, and became a mother to eight children, grandmother and great grandmother. Throughout her life she held many jobs. Seemstress, cook , teacher, to name but a few. She had an eye for a bargain. The ability to create feast from a crumb. A heart full of unconditional love. And a hug , so warm and reassuring, a place of safety. Her last few years, due to ill health, were a great struggle. But still she continued to put others before her own needs. A perfect angel xxx
